Do you know what I just realized? Actually, I always knew this, but it just became more real for me.
You only live on Earth one time.
Like, YOLO.
You are 5 years old once, you watch you and your friends walk down high school graduation once, you only meet someone for the first time that one time, and once someone actually passes on, you don't see them ever again for the rest of your earth life. So there. That's that.
This moment you are living right now, is now over. Now, it's a new moment. Time doesn't reverse itself. It's so hard for some people to realize this. Let me tell you something from my life.
I work in a nursing home. I know many lives that have left earth already. I will never see them again. It's heartbreaking. I made relationships with these people, and then they move on to a better place. And, for the rest of my life, I will not hear them talk, see them smile, hold their hand, or anything ever again.
So, what I'm trying to get at is live life the way YOU want to. You can't go back and change things. Live your life for you are not living it for anyone else but yourself. In the end, no one will care how you lived your life but you.
This is your life. Go live it. Never take a second for granted.

I went for a run today. It wasn't one of those glorious sweat-free runs outside with the sun shining gracefully through the treetops. Trust me; it was far from that. I ran indoors on my treadmill. I sweat like a little baby pig and I wanted to stop.
But, I keep going.
I haven't ran for months. It's terrible, I know. I'm writing a blog about clear, healthy minds and girls staying fit and I'm not even fit. Maybe that's my inspiration; I write to you and get more fit. July 12th is a color run I signed up for. It's a 5K and I'm going to run the whole entire thing.
That's my goal. A mile today, more tomorrow. That's how it goes folks.
'til next time,
Chelsea

Stress on Stress
Have you ever had one of those day where it seems everything goes wrong?
You wake up 15 minutes late and don't have enough time to shower. Your Internet disconnects during an online test. A co-worker backs out on their part of a trade. Soon, one thing piles in top of the other and even the small things start to upset you. There is nothing good on the supper menu tonight. It's supposed to snow tomorrow. Even a simple hair not staying in its up do can upset you on a stressful day.
Let me tell you something. I HATE stress. At my work, I am stressed to the max on a daily basis. I have to come home at ten afterwards and do my online schooling. Then I have to wake up in the morning and do it all again. Stress is a style I wear even though I'd rather not.
At the end of a stressful day, try something for me. Try to go through your day again in your head. Think of how that person thanked you at work or how you didn't get stopped at a stop light all day today. Try to remember all the little ( and big ) events that occurred that went well for you today.
Try it.
I bet there are some you forgot about after getting stressed out.
Stress, my friends, can be well, stressful. Next time you feel stressed, keep your chin up, count down from twenty and keep moving forward.
Kick stress back!

Welcome To Fit Chicks!
Hey, Chelsea here. Welcome to my new (and first real) blog! This blog is going to be about staying fit, but most importantly- feeling healthy!
So many factors can make or break being well. I am here to give you ideas, stories, thoughts, and so on. Who am I to talk about healthy what-nots going on in life? Why would anyone want to read this? Yeah, I'm just an 18 year old girl living in a small town trying to stay healthy myself.
So, if this interests you come back tomorrow! Hope to see you!
